As consumer-oriented quality reports become more widely available, patients can see how MTH measures up against national and statewide quality indicators. Moses Taylor Hospital submits performance-based core measures to three quality data sources:

- American Hospital Association (AHA),
- Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO),
- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

These sources measure how MTH compares to other similar hospitals in the treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction, Heart Failure, Pneumonia Care, and Surgical Infection Prevention. JCAHO also measures Pregnancy and related conditions.

Moses Taylor Hospital also reports on 49 code-based conditions and DRGs to The Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council (PHC4). PHC4 has created a tool to examine hospital performance in specific treatment categories.
