WorkLife & Counseling Services (formerly EAP) offers professional services to client companies and Moses Taylor Hospital employees. Included in the scope of care are traditional EAP services like: One-to-one counseling; 24 hr/7 day a week crisis counseling; self-referrals; supervisory referrals & training. Also, drug & alcohol evaluation, treatment, return to work and follow-up help for employees and family members; company assistance with drug & alcohol policies & procedures; Critical Incident Stress Help with debriefings at the worksite for workplace trauma, pre & post incident stress management and preparedness. WorkLife Services encompasses consultations with Human Resource Directors regarding work environment, employee issues and help resources; departmental mapping, job coaching, and team building; stress reduction & management programs; topical concerns such as aging parents, child care, and juggling work/life responsibilities.
To better serve clients and their family members, Moses Taylor WorkLife & Counseling Services now has two locations offering a comfortable, convenient and confidential environment. The main center is located at 1141 Clay Avenue, Suite 1, in the Quincy-Clay Professional Complex, Dunmore. Services are also provided on the hospital campus.
