Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
On Call Hours: 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

The Home Health Department brings a variety of programs into the home on a part-time/intermittent basis for the purpose of caring for the acutely ill or convalescing patient to restore health and independent functioning. Home health care is an effective and less expensive means of providing care to those patients who do not require 24 hours a day supervision. Medication administration, physical therapy, and occupational therapy are examples of the services provided. With Home Health services, the patient remains at home with his or her family and loved ones, enjoying a familiar way of life.
