Spartanburg, SC - Mary Black Physicians Group Primary Care Cedar Springs, a brand new 4,500 square foot primary care facility at 2191 Southport Road, Spartanburg, opened Monday, December 18, 2017. The community is invited to an Open House on Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
There are two providers at this new location: Jessica Reynolds, MD and Heather Lawter, FNP-C. Both are committed to helping families stay healthy. The providers offer well and sick visits, immunizations and preventive screenings. They are also dedicated to the prevention and management of chronic diseases, such as asthma, diabetes and heart disease.
Dr. Reynolds earned her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, SC and completed her internal medicine residency with Greenville Health System in Greenville, SC. Dr. Reynolds is board-certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Heather Lawter, FNP-C, completed her Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at South University in Columbia, SC.
