The Warning Signs of a HEART ATTACK.....
- Uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing or pain in the
center of the chest that lasts more than two minutes or goes
away and comes back
- Pain that spreads to the neck or either shoulder or arm
- Chest pain accompanied by lightheadedness, weakness or fainting
- Chest pain accompanied by sweating, nausea or shortness of
breath
Not all of these warning signs occur in every heart attack,
and many victims deny that they are having a heart attack. However,
delay can be deadly.
If you or someone you know notices one or more of the signals,
don't wait. Call 911 or get medical attention immediately.
